OUR PROCESS
We build an in-depth understanding of your organization through external research and discovery calls with key point of contacts. We learn about the open roles, company culture, benefits, and expectations of talent. This allows us to serve as an extension of your brand when we communicate with candidates.
We leverage our extensive databases of candidates, references, and long-standing recruitment practices to find the best candidates, not just available candidates. Through our strategic partnerships and internal relationship management systems, we are able to source a pool of highly experienced candidates from diverse backgrounds.
We follow an extensive screening process consisting of resume reviews, interviews, and reference checks to verify the candidate's skill sets and experiences. Beyond the basic job requirements, we evaluate whether the candidate is a proper cultural fit for your organization.
For the select number of qualified candidates, we present resumes, our evaluation of the candidate, key skill sets and experiences in a user-friendly format. We help coordinate interviews, background checks, and negotiations as required.
We assist your team in transitioning the new employee(s) and provide ongoing support throughout the engagement to ensure that you are satisfied with the match. We follow-up periodically afterwards to gage feedback and support with additional requirements.
